IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity as END USER) and PSDMAVEN SOFTWARE COMPANY for MANVEN PRODUCTS, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (herein called the “SOFTWARE PRODUCT”).
Definitions
MAVEN PRODUCTS means any product developed and produced by PSDMaven Software Company which includes, but not limited to, LogoMaven®, CardMaven™, FrameMaven® & iMaven™
CORE PACK(S) means a base software product developed and produced by PSDMaven which consists of Custom coded Adobe® Photoshop® Panel(s). Core Pack(s) include TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) and / or OBJECT DOCUMENT(S) item(s) as well as additional items that are installed on a Users machine for any Maven Products to properly function.
ADD-ON PACKS means a software product developed and produced by PSDMaven to include additional content in TEMPLATE DOCUMENT and / or in OBJECT DOCUMENT format to be used strictly in conjunction with CORE PACK(S) to enhance the content count and value of CORE PACK(S).
TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) means a document supplied by PSDMaven Software Company in the native Adobe® Photoshop file format; i.e PSD file format. The document supplied consists of predesigned graphical images in layers, where users can easily edit the document for customization.
OBJECT DOCUMENT(S) means a document supplied by PSDMaven Software Company in the native Adobe® Photoshop file format; i.e PSD file format. The document supplied consists of predesigned graphical images in layers, where users can easily edit the document for customization.
PERSONAL LICENSE means the End User License Agreement granted for personal use or internal business use, commercial or non-commercial. This definition does not grant any resale rights.
BUSINESS LICENSE means the End User License Agreement granted to individuals or businesses acting as Resellers of individually customized TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) and / or OBJECT DOCUMENT(S) for commercial use and for exchange of monies in any denomination or format or services rendered.
OUTPUTS means any Logo or Frame or card or iPhone®
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
- Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT per license on one computer.
- Reproduction and Distribution. You may NOT reproduce or distribute any number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1A – Personal License and Business License.
- Personal License grants you the ability to create, change, modify and publish in any means or methods for internal business use or as an individual use. You are free to publish the TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) and /or OBJECT DOCUMENTS(S) in any form as long as it complies with PERSONAL LICENSE. You may not resell or take any compensation for any OUTPUT created.
- Business License grants user with the ability to resell TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) but NOT OBJECT DOCUMENT(S) in original form. Any TEMPLATE DOCUMENT(S) and /or OBJECT DOCUMENTS(S) can only be resold if 50% modifications have been done.
For example Color change adds 25%, Text Changes adds 25%, adding an additional OBJECT DOCUMENTS would add another 25%, if also modified according to Business License, whereas movement of any OBJECT DOCUMENTS adds only 10%

Personal License: You can make OUTPUTS for personal use and for your business as well as the business you bought the license under but you cant resell anything.
Business License: You can sell any OUTPUT that you make from any MAVEN PRODUCT for money, without any further compensation to PSDMaven Software Company, as long as you modify it at least 50% (because you don’t want your client to have a OUTPUT similar to another companies OUTPUT) and as long as you have paid the proper License fee when purchasing

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
- Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
- Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, PSDMaven Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and “applets” incorporated or streamed into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by PSDMaven Software or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
4. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is PSDMaven Software , Located in India.
MISCELLANEOUS
If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local law may apply.

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. PSDMaven Software Company expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall PSDMaven Software Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use any MAVEN PRODUCTS, even if PSDMaven Software Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
